Rallyhood Email Redesign

Another part of overhauling the "First 30 Clicks" for a new customer to activate his/her account with Rallyhood was a redesign of the new user emails. These emails are used to confirm a user has set up an account as well as continuing to engage the users to use the product.
One email in particular that was redesigned was the Daily Digest. The Daily Digest is an email the user will receive daily or weekly updating him/her on all of the activity within the Rally they are apart of. The goal of this email was to keep the user informed as well as giving them many access points to which they can easily get onto the platform via browser or mobile.

Responsive Designs
With the "mobile first" process, a designer begins by looking at user experience through the lens of a mobile device. This helps to eliminate any extra details that could clutter the user flow. A majority of Rallyhood users interact with the product through their mobile devices, so this also helped Laura understand how many of Rallyhood's clients were interacting with the tool.
Final Product
Within a year of using the new templates, the email acquisition funnel grew by 2,000% from 3,624 to 75,888. The mobile responsive user interface made it more manageable for consumers to navigate.
